Yep you read that right! empty, nothing, nada! I read a post yesterday that stated "Pineapples speed up fat loss" there are no foods that speed up fat loss.

Today we are always looking for an easy option, a quick fix.  The term itself makes no sense! how can consuming calories make you burn fat?!?!

It's easy to say single ingredient foods like chicken and broccoli help you lose fat as they are more satiating, but no foods burn fat.  It goes completely against the laws of thermodynamics.

People look for easy options "drink green tea to burn fat" "cinnamon speeds up the metabolism" what do you think is more effective, eating a pineapple (throw in cinnamon on top of that for extra fat burn) or an effective workout? Fat loss comes down to burning more calories than you consume, don't get caught up in the hype!
